I haven’t been home for a visit in over two years to my regret although with the increase in airfares and a change in employment it just hasn’t been possible.  I’m hoping in 2009 we will be in a better position to make the journey.  I really miss my family and friends!

Halloween (Samhain) is fast approaching with Christmas close on it’s heels.  It never ceases to amaze me how the shops can have Halloween costumes and decorations on display NEXT TO the Christmas decorations.  Sort of spoils it for me, ya know?  Speaking of Christmas I will need to get moving on my gift buying or it will be left until the last minute again (hmmm that’s not like me is it?)

I am adding a few new pictures to my page as it’s high time I got round to doing some updates and you will be able to see what we’ve been up to over the summer.
