Well, that should be the slightly less weather pages.
This bit of the web site, will be updated periodically, when time is available, between work, cooking and the Open University (S189 understanding the weather) the odd TV program and sleep, it’s hard to get the time for the OU course let alone update this site, but I’ll try to when I can.
And now that ESPN and ESPN America are free on Virgin Media, it’s even harder to get time.

2008 Marks and Spencer: Montepulciano
D’Abruzzo
This was a big disappointment.
No real depth or character, easy enough to drink, and would be ok with a meaty pasta dish, £4.49 4/10
Note: Sainsbury’s do a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
At £3.38 which knocks the pants off this.




Another strange obsession of mine, a few places selling them now.
If anyone as yet has not tried the Tim Hortons Maple Glazed donut, it is worth trying.
Very sweet, but goes great with a strong black coffee.
I’m giving up on Apsleys in Larne, getting in Maine Root, Root Beer at the moment, although I was told they are trying to get some more in stock, this was over a year ago, and no sign of it at all.
Recently found out that Yankee Soda, (seems to be based in NI) have A&W root beer
